Refund Policy

General
As Business Mentorship & Coaching is a digital product and service, once you purchase you gain immediate access to course materials, templates, and coaching calls. Therefore, you acknowledge that your purchase cannot be cancelled and Lav Art Webshop j.d.o.o. is not obliged to provide a refund, except as set out below.

Refunds will only be given under the following circumstances:
1. If you meet the criteria under our Money Back Guarantee.
2. If there is a technical issue that we are responsible for, preventing access within 48 hours of purchase.
3. If a duplicate payment is made due to a technical fault.
4. If your payment was not a genuine transaction (e.g. card fraud).

Money Back Guarantee
We offer a conditional money-back guarantee if, within 3 months of purchase, you can demonstrate that:
• You have not consumed more than 15% of the course content;
• You have provided evidence that you completed all suggested actions; and
• You have seen no measurable improvement or value from the program.

Evidence must include clear dates, actions taken, effort made, and supporting data. The final decision on eligibility will be made by Lav Art Webshop j.d.o.o.

Cancelling Split Payments
If you purchase on a split payment plan, you become immediately liable for the full fee once you access the product. Refunds are only possible if requested within 14 days and less than 15% of content has been consumed.

Change of Mind
We do not provide refunds for accidental purchases, change of mind, or "not suitable" claims after access has been granted.
